Core advantages of slant bed CNC lathe BR570DY
1. Diagonal bed structure, high rigidity design. The BR-570DY inclined bed CNC lathe adopts an overall casting structure of inclined bed body, matched with X/Z axis 45 specification large-sized guide rails. The whole machine weighs 2.8 tons, providing a solid guarantee for strong cutting and long-term processing.
2. Composite processing capability. Equipped with a power turret as standard, the center height is 170mm, making the BR570DY a true CNC turning center. It can complete multiple processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in one go, achieving efficient composite processing of "one clamping, all completed".
3. Large scale processing with outstanding capabilities. The inclined bed CNC lathe has a turning diameter of Φ 650mm, a maximum machining diameter of Φ 400mm, and a maximum machining length of 720mm, making it easy to handle complex machining tasks for large-sized disc and long axis parts.
4. High speed precision spindle with strong power. Adopting A2-6 spindle head, with a through-hole diameter of 66mm, supporting Ø 52mm rod material. The maximum speed is 4200rpm, coupled with a 11-15KW high-power spindle motor, providing comprehensive power for BR570DY from heavy cutting to high-speed precision turning.
5. Large stroke tailstock, stable support. The horizontal CNC lathe is equipped with MT5 taper hole hydraulic tailstock, with a maximum stroke of 750mm and a tailstock sleeve diameter of Ø 80mm, providing stable and reliable top support for precision machining of long axis parts, effectively ensuring machining accuracy.
6. Servo direct drive, fast and precise movement. The X/Z axis is directly driven by servo motors, with a recommended torque of 11/15 N.M. Coupled with a 4010 large lead screw, it endows the CNC turning center with high-speed and precise positioning capabilities, greatly improving machining efficiency.
7. Widely applicable, empowering high-end manufacturing.
